By creating an account or using Sitewise you agree to these terms.

2. The service

Sitewise audits publicly accessible web pages and produces ranked SEO recommendations. Analyses consume credits from your account balance. New accounts receive a configurable free trial credit balance.

3. Acceptable use

• You may only submit URLs you own, control, or have permission to analyze.
• Do not submit URLs containing personal data, login-gated content, or content that violates third-party rights.
• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, robots.txt, or any other access controls.
• Do not resell or sublicense access without a written agreement.

4. Credits and refunds

• Credits are consumed at the time an analysis is initiated, regardless of the result.
• Credits never expire while the account is active.
• Refunds are issued at our discretion for clear service failures.

5. Disclaimers

Sitewise provides recommendations based on signals visible at the time of fetch. SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic, or business outcome from acting on our recommendations.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sitewise's total liability under or in connection with these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time by emailing hello@sitewise.my. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
